The JV football team faced off against Alvin Yellowjackets at their home base. After defeating Dickinson, the Chargers were forced to deal with the responsibility of how a team handles great success.

Though the Chargers were struggling with showing physicality during the first two halves of the game, they managed to pull their heads out of the clouds and straighten up on how to run their plays. The coaches were a huge motivator for everyone as well. The results of the game were:

Next week football will face off against Clear Lake High School. The sophomore and JV teams will combine to face the Clear Lake JV team at Clear Springs at 5pm on Thursday, November 1.
