Now that doing your homework in pajamas has become the new norm, being presentable isn’t really a necessity. However, when it comes to sending in videos to your teachers like Flipgrids, looking like you just woke up isn’t as flattering as you think it is. *

Step one to this lengthy process is having a quiet space to even record said video. Even though this has nothing to do with your looks, this is a common mistake that students completely overlook. I don’t know about you but if I was a teacher I wouldn’t want to watch your mother doing the dishes while yelling at the cat in the background of your English presentation, but maybe that’s just me. 

Now as for the looks go this doesn’t require much effort, but just enough to make you look like you actually care. Pajamas are fine, actually highly recommended because no one wants to wear jeans unless they have to. As for the hair, anything but bed head will do, that’s just common sense, hopefully. 

Lastly, remember that these videos are for a grade so taking it seriously is key. Make sure you have all your materials with you before beginning the video, getting up during the film isn’t very “professional”.
