Students can have a hard time figuring out what they are going to eat for lunch during the school day.  Some students enjoy packing their own food from home into their lunchbox, while others like to buy food from the lines. 

For the students that prefer to pack their own food, it can be hard to find time after school with their extracurricular activities. Some students even pack their lunches in the morning before they leave, which can prevent them from packing enough nutritious food to energize their bodies throughout the day if they are in a rush in the morning. 

good time to pack your food for lunch is at night before you go to sleep. It is good to make it a habit in your daily routine to make your cold things, and put it in the fridge, then have your snacks already in your lunch kit, that way your mornings can feel smoother, and not so rushed all the time. 

Consider pre-packing lunches because it can be beneficial for your daily routine and be better for your health. You can have time to decide what you pack instead of packing junk food.
