It’s Happening!

Congratulations seniors, you did it! It is officially time to say goodbye to high school and say hello to the rest of our lives. Starting May 22nd, you have the rest of your lives to look forward to. However, before you get walk across that stage and say your final goodbye to Clear Springs High School, there’s a couple things that you need to make sure you complete.

The first thing is to make sure you pass all your classes. It would really suck to be so close to that diploma just have it taken away from you all because of that one class. However, if you do have that one class weighing you down, don’t stress, that’s what finals are for. Make sure to keep track of which final is which day. As much as it feels like finals are meant to harm us, they actually do more good than bad.

The next thing you need to make sure of is that you get your senior clearance card all checked off. Thursday, all the seniors got everything signed off and ready to go. Once all your teachers sign off, make sure all the front part of the card is checked off before going to see Mrs. Nylen or she may send you to the back of the line, which is going to be quite long considering the amount of seniors trying to get checked off.

Once you turn in your card, make sure to attend the graduation practice on Friday at 1:30 in the competition gym. If you want to know where to sit at graduation, when to go up onstage, and what to do when you go on and off stage, I would highly recommend going.

Once you have achieved all those things, you are officially set to graduate. Make sure you check the dress code so you know what your allowed to wear so you can walk onstage. It would be a shame to get this far and not be able to walk because your shoes don’t have backs on them. Once you take your cap and throw it up in the air, you made it! Afterwards, they are holding project grad at main event from 12am to 6am. All seniors are welcomed!

That’s all we have for you seniors. It’s been a strange, crazy, and exciting 4 years and we know that know matter what you decide to do after high school, you’re going to go off and do amazing things. Until next time, this is class of 2022 signing off.
