The NFL Super Bowl has officially wrapped up with a record of 126 million people on average tuning in to watch the game. Even though the Eagles completely destroyed the Chiefs going into the second half the game topped out at 135.7 million viewers in the second half.  

The Philadelphia Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs with an overwhelming score of 40-22. The Chiefs fell short of their three peats against the Eagles resulting in the Eagles winning their 2nd Super Bowl. 

The Eagles last time in the Super Bowl was back in 2023 when they played against the Kansas City Chiefs. The game was extremely close but unfortunately the Eagles fell short with the final score of 38-35 in the chief’s victory 

The last time the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl was back in 2018 when they defeated the New England patriots with a final score of 41-33.   

One thing that many people were excited for was the Super Bowl halftime show featuring this year’s grammy award winner Kendrick Lamar as well as famous artist SZA. In addition to SZA, actor Samuel L. Jackson dressed as Uncle Sam during the halftime show and appeared on screen many times. As well as Samuel L Jackson, tennis star Serena Williams appeared on stage dancing to Lamar’s set.
